In anticipation of large accumulations of snow between February 4 and 5, 2014, the City Manager hereby declares a Snow Emergency pursuant to Section 5-406 of the City Code.
Per Section 5-408 of the City Code, all vehicles parked on the street on the following streets are required to be removed from the public right-of-way within two hours of this declaration. Any vehicle parked, disabled or stalled on an emergency snow route after such time may be removed or caused to be removed by the City. Recovery of all vehicles so removed shall not occur until all towing and storage charges have been paid in full by the vehicle owner.
Parking of vehicles on emergency snow routes during a declared snow emergency shall be prohibited until such time as the declaration is in effect.
