Golden Belt Heights formally known as The Highlands is Abilene’s newest & largest subdivision. The City of Abilene, along with the Dickinson County Economic Development Corporation will be hosting a groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 2:30pm on the east side of Golden Belt Heights. Mayor Dee Marshall and Kansas Lt. Governor / Commerce Secretary David Tolland will speak at the ceremony.
