It is the responsibility of the property owner to maintain the sidewalks, parkways, curbs, streets and alleys adjacent to their property. This includes the removal of vegetation, trash, debris, tree limbs and other vegetative group or obstacles. The City’s code enforcement staff may issue citations in the event that neglect becomes a public nuisance or hazard.
