It has been brought to our attention that an email is circulating to residents stating their “property services” are unpaid. 
This is NOT from the City of Abilene.  Official emails from our water and sewer utilities will come from either:
We recommend going to https://www.abilenecityhall.com/ and clicking on the “pay a bill” button to access your account safely and securely. 
If you have a question about an email or your bill, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 785-263-2550.
