2025-2027 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Airport Construction Goals
The City of Abilene, Kansas hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 2.26% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. The City of Abilene estimates that in meeting the established overall goal of 2.02%, it will obtain 0.30% from RN participation and 1.96% through RC measures. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2025 through 2027. The proposed goal and its attendant methodology are available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at the city offices, 419 N. Broadway, Abilene KS for 30 days from the date of this publication. Comments on the DBE goal will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this publication and can be sent to the following:
