At approximately 4:00 p.m. today, February 19, 2025, Public Works crews responded to a water line break at NE 3rd and Olive.
As crews repair the break, water customers in the area of NE 5th to E 1st from Buckeye to Brown will likely experience water shut-off or water pressure issues.
It is unclear how long water service may be impacted.
Once water is restored, you may experience some air in the lines and cloudy water, but rest assured, the water is safe for drinking. Some rust in the waterline could break loose from the main, which can go into your service line and cause low water pressure. If your faucets have screens or aerators, please check them for regular operation.
