From approximately 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.,
residents may notice a large Fire Department presence in the area east of the Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum.
𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 — this is scheduled training to help our crews stay prepared for real-world situations.
Firefighters will participate in a technical rescue training exercise that involves ropes and pulleys. This training helps ensure our firefighters remain well-prepared to respond when real emergencies occur.
We’re grateful for their continued dedication to training, readiness, and service to our community.
