Comprehensive Plan
The Comprehensive Development Plan is a statutory document that addresses land use, land development, infrastructure extensions, economic development, housing, historic preservation and other aspects of the community. The policies embodied in the plan are developed through the use of citizen input techniques, community meetings, Planning Commission review and adoption. Currently the Comprehensive Plan is being reviewed by the City to make necessary adjustments to the 2006 adopted plan.
