Thank you for your interest in the Abilene Police Department and the services we provide. I invite you to browse this website to acquaint yourself with the organization and our commitment to the community. We are proud to serve you and appreciate your trust and support in our efforts to keep Abilene safe.
As Police Chief, providing services to our community that reduce both crime and the fear of crime is my main priority. We work to provide service in a manner that is fair, courteous, responsive, efficient, and effective. We are also committed to maintaining awareness of our community’s needs and concerns. We enjoy strong support from community members, city management, and elected officials. With this support we are able to work in partnership to maintain a high quality of life for our city.
We realize every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, maintain transparency, and ensure success in our efforts to better serve our community. I invite you to become a partner in these efforts by being a caring and considerate neighbor, staying informed, and being observant.
It is my honor to serve you as your Chief of Police. The Abilene Police Department is made up of highly skilled caring professionals who take great pride in serving our community.
